TOSGENERAL
- Artist can deny commissions if not comfortable working with them.PAYMENTS
- Payment upfrontDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Artist will only approve commissions if they determine that they are able to complete it within a month. If the Buyer does not respond back to communication in a timely manner (within 1 weeks of last communication,) the Artist is within their right to extend out the deadline. Customer will hear back from the Artist with updates at least once a week.- (There may be rapid communication while finalizing certain details, so please be sure to respond to communication.)- Should any unexpected delays or emergencies occur, the Artist will communicate clearly in advance to ensure that both parties are aware.USE
- All art is for personal enjoyment and may be used for non-profit. Buyer may use it for pfp, toyhou.se or profile decoration. Buyer may use for private games (DnD/PF/etc.)- illustrations are assets for personal enjoyment and may not be used for profit without further discussion.- Art may not be used for NFT or AI training- Buyer reserves the right to post the artwork to socials with proper credit.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- Artist reserve the right to post artwork to their socials. If Buyer provides their socials, Artist will credit the Buyer for their designs in either the comments or the original post. Artist reserve the right to use the art for their portfolio.REFUNDS
- Once commission has begun, payment will not be refunds.REVISION
- If there is anything that must be changed, the Buyer is within their right to request up to two minor edits. (Minor edit examples; facial features being incorrect or minor details that may have been missed.)COMMUNICATION
- Artist will check in with the Buyer at multiple points, so please be sure to provide the easiest way to contact you. Should the Buyer delay the process by not responding in a timely manner, artist reserves the right to extend the deadline.DO's/DONT's✔ Humanoids
